How are carrier fees determined?
Carrier fees represent additional charges imposed by mobile carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile for transmitting messages via their networks.
Is signing a contract required?
No, you are not required to sign a contract to use Shopscript. Simply select a tier and you will be billed based on your usage or monthly subscription.
How is the calculation done for SMS and MMS charges on a per-message basis?
Similar to many SMS platforms, Shopscript permits 160 characters per SMS message without emojis and 70 characters per SMS message with emojis. SMS messages that surpass these character limits are divided into multiple message segments, with each segment incurring the per-SMS rate.
When it comes to MMS pricing, not all platforms follow the same rules. In the case of Shopscript, you can include up to 1,600 characters in an MMS message, regardless of the presence of emojis.
What steps can I take to ensure that the messages I send are compliant with the regulations?
